Ards House Guest House

Ards House is a traditional Victorian Villa of a superior design which has been successfully remodelled and upgraded to the highest standards expected of a 4 gold star-rated establishment. Only a personal visit can do justice to any description of the splendid views from the windows out over the waters of the Firth of Lorn and the sunsets over the Morvern Hills beyond.

Ards House is situated in the heart of Argyll in the small picturesque village of Connel. The bed and breakfast accommodation is ideally located for all outdoor pursuits and is only a 10 minute drive from the busy town of Oban with all its amenities. The guesthouse is only a few feet from the shoreline with more than ample space for residents cars in our private car park opposite the house.

Service is friendly and personal in the true sense of Scottish hospitality which is why we have been awarded AA 5 stars, RAC 4 diamonds and a Sparkling Diamond as well as the 4 star gold Scottish Tourist Board rating and an entry in the Which Good Bed and Breakfast Guide. We are delighted to announce that we have been selected as one of only four establishments in Scotland to achieve the RAC's "Little Gem" award for superb standards.
