There is no smoking throughout the house.
No pets are allowed.
Usually, we do not accept children under 14 years of age, however, at certain times it may be possible, please phone first.
In the event of cancellation, we reserve the right to make the following
charges:
For cancellation more than 14 days before the date of arrival there will be no charge.
For cancellation 14 days or less before the date of arrival (or for failure
to turn up) we will charge the full amount for the first night and the remaining nights if we are unable to re-let the rooms.
Payment:
No advance payment is taken. Guests should pay at time of check-in.
